1. Do
I need a prescription?
A valid USA prescription from a USA licensed physician
is required receive medications from www.dayrx.com.
You will be required to mail the prescription unless
you can provide contact information for a pharmacy
transfer of an existing prescription, or your physician's
contact information for a new prescription.
2. What
are generic drugs?
A generic drug is identical, or bioequivalent to
a brand name drug in dosage form, safety, strength,
route of administration, quality, performance characteristics
and intended use. Although generic drugs are chemically
identical to their branded counterparts, they are
sold at substantial discounts from the branded price.
According to the Congressional Budget Office, generic
drugs save consumers an estimated $8 to $10 billion
a year at retail pharmacies alone.

Do you provide online consultations?
We do not provide online consultations. You must
have a prescription from a USA licensed physician
in order to receive any prescriptions from this
site.

Do you recommend medications?
We never recommend medications. Medical advice should
only be made by physicians after a complete review
of your medical condition and history.
5. Are
you a Canadian pharmacy?
No Canadian pharmacies are used to dispense any
prescriptions from this site. All pharmacies used
are USA based.

6. Do
you ship outside the USA?
At this time, orders are shipped only to USA and
its territories. All medications are FDA NDC approved
medications shipped from USA based mail order pharmacies.
7. Does
it cost anything to become a member?
There are NO memberships or fees outside the costs
of the medications advertised on this site. Don't
be fooled by systems that require you to pay to
join a club. It's just a trick to get additional
money from you.
8. Is
www.dayrx.com a pharmacy?
We are not an online pharmacy. A network of mail
order pharmacies compete to provide low cost prescriptions
for our customers. The contracted pharmacies are
routinely monitored for quality assurance and must
follow all the laws of their local state pharmacy
boards and the DEA. For quality assurance reasons,
we employ a team of pharmacists to pre-screen orders
before they are electronically transmitted to any
mail order pharmacy.

do I order from www.dayrx.com
Ordering starts by locating the medications listed
on your prescriptions. Using either the search box
or the first letter of the prescription, find the
prescription you are looking to purchase. Once you
have added all the prescriptions to your shopping
cart, proceed to checkout. If you have any questions

How do I send my prescription information?
You will mail the prescription, provide pharmacy
information for a prescription transfer, or provide
the name and telephone number of your physician.

Will my prescriptions be in stock?
All of the contracted pharmacies keep a wide selection
of medications in stock. In cases where rare medications
are ordered, pharmacies are able to purchase those
medications from wholesalers in less than a day.

What do I do if I am unable to find a medication?

our team of pharmacists. Be sure to include the
name of medication, dosage and quantity.

How soon will I receive my order?
There are 3 phases to the order process. The first
is the prescription acqusition phase which depends
on whether the prescription is mailed in, pharmacy
transferred or a doctor is called. Next is the fulfillment
phase which is usually less than 1 day. The final
phase is the shipping phase which depending on the
shipping method selected takes 1 to 3 days.

Tropic Spiral Systems LLC provides pharmacy, merchant

What is your return policy?
The FDA has strict regulations regarding returning
of prescriptions. If your prescription order was
damaged during shipping or have any concerns about
the prescriptions you received, please contact our
pharmacists immediately upon receiving your shipment.

Is this site VIPPS approved?
Since we ship from a large network of independantly
owned pharmacies in the USA, VIPPS is not a cost
effective certification at this time. Even without
the VIPPS seal, all pharmacies strictly follow rules
and policies established by NABP, state pharmacy
boards, and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). We
are investigating other pharmacy certification seal
programs that can meet the needs of our organizational
structure.
